Responsibilities include: ensuring proper weights and lengths of finished products performing and documenting quality inspections of finished product maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the baking production area assisting operators in daily production operations including: setting up, proofing, and baking bread and rolls slicing bread operating ovens, proofers and bread slicers and other duties as assigned.
