About The Position

Dreem Health is America’s leading digital sleep clinic, powered by Sunrise’s technology, making sleep care simple through home-based testing, expert telehealth visits, and personalized treatment plans. As a Sleep Technologist, you will be a central part of the treatment team, serving as a trusted partner to patients throughout their journey to better sleep and health. This role involves deep involvement in every stage of patient care, from initiating PAP therapy and monitoring adherence to providing long-term follow-up and hands-on support for challenges. Your expertise will directly impact treatment success, patient satisfaction, and adherence, helping individuals overcome barriers and regain quality of life through consistent, effective therapy. Requirements

  • Holds an RPSGT credential from the BRPT (or an equivalent certification), or is a Registered Respiratory Therapist from the NBRC (or an equivalent certification)
  • Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in the state of California
  • Ability to initiate PAP therapy and to monitor adherence according to company policy
  • Ability to troubleshoot PAP devices
  • Experience with an EMR/EHR system or database system
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with digital tools, multitasking, and a dynamic team environment
  • A genuine passion for patient care, improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a durable medical equipment (DME) setting or sleep medicine practice, including hands-on experience with mask fitting and selection, PAP setup, troubleshooting equipment issues, and monitoring patient adherence to PAP therapy
  • Technical knowledge of RPM and remote software (e.g., Airview)
  • An understanding of healthcare insurances and billing
  • High level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs as you strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey
