As a SLED Account Specialist, you’ll be the trusted advisor and go-to resource for our public sector clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their partnership with Softchoice and WWT. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences while building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders such as IT Managers and Procurement leaders. You’ll own the end-to-end client journey—from onboarding and support to retention and growth—acting as the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts. Your mission is to drive customer success through proactive engagement, strategic problem-solving, and world-class service, ensuring every interaction strengthens loyalty and satisfaction. As part of our high-impact inbound team, you’ll focus on supporting organizations with fewer than 500 employees, helping them navigate technology challenges and unlock new opportunities.
