Following the expansion of our apprenticeship provision in 2024, we're now looking for an experienced apprenticeship assessor to join our team as a Skills Coach for our Level 7 People Professional Apprenticeship . As our apprenticeship offering grows, this role will also include taking on learners for the upcoming Level 5 People Professional Apprenticeship once launched. Role Overview As a Skills Coach , you will play a vital role in supporting learners through their People Professional Apprenticeships, helping them develop the strategic competencies required for senior HR roles. You will guide learners in integrating their apprenticeship learning with on-the-job experiences, ensuring they develop a strong understanding of advanced HR principles, business leadership, and people strategies. This role is fully remote, though candidates must live within a reasonable commute of London for occasional in-person meetings and company away days. Why Work With Us?
