Position: Sports Mat Painter – 2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM Optional OT on Fridays & Saturdays – earn more! Why You’ll Love This Job: We Train You! What You’ll Be Doing: Painting logos, lettering, and artwork directly on large-scale mats (wrestling, judo, MMA). Measuring, cutting, and preparing surfaces to exact specifications. Working on your hands and knees to complete detailed paintwork. Teaming up with skilled artists and craftsmen to complete custom mat orders. Who We're Looking For: Skilled Tradespeople – experience in construction, woodworking, flooring, or other physical trades is a major plus. Detail-focused workers who can follow measurements and instructions precisely. Comfortable with kneeling, lifting, bending , and using tools like tape measures and utility knives. Motivated team players who want to learn, grow, and move up . Qualifications: Able to lift and move up to 100 lbs (roll, lift, or hand cart). Comfortable working on your feet or knees for extended hours. Positive attitude and strong work ethic – show up, learn, grow. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Willing to work overtime and some weekends when needed. Work Environment: Active manufacturing setting – expect movement, dust, and loud sounds. Requirements
