About The Position

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:   

 Deliver high-quality skilled work by using the right tools, equipment, and
techniques to meet manufacturing standards with minimal supervision.  

 Maximize equipment reliability by performing preventive, corrective, and
predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve uptime.  

 Strengthen safety on the floor by following HSE protocols, using PPE, and
proactively identifying and addressing hazards.  

 Improve product quality by adhering to specifications, conducting
inspections, and ensuring all work meets craftsmanship standards.  

 Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, solving
problems, and contributing ideas to enhance processes and material flow.  

 Enhance operational efficiency by accurately documenting maintenance
activities and providing feedback to improve preventive maintenance systems.  

 Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to resolve
issues, share knowledge, and meet production goals.  

 Maintain a clean and organized workspace while staying flexible to take on
additional tasks that support overall business success.
