About The Position

We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician – Level II – to join our team specializing in Manufacturing at our facility in Mineral Point, WI, US. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:  Keep people safe, always: Proactively follow HSE standards, stop work when hazards appear, and look out for teammates—protecting people, equipment, and the environment.  Deliver reliable equipment performance: Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery to maximize uptime and support smooth manufacturing operations.  Bring craftsmanship to every task: Apply high standards of workmanship, ensuring repairs and installations are done right the first time.  Strengthen quality outcomes: Follow documentation and specifications, perform inspections, and raise issues early to reduce cost, rework, and quality risk.  Drive preventive thinking: Contribute clear feedback to preventive maintenance systems and support downtime and failure analysis.  Improve processes and flow: Partner with peers to identify constraints, solve problems, and participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities.  Operate with skill and independence: Select and use the right tools, machinery, and test equipment confidently while continuing to build technical expertise.  Be a dependable team contributor: Communicate clearly, complete training, maintain a clean and orderly workspace, and support business goals beyond core tasks.
