About The Position
Skilled labor position. Must be able to frequently lift 50+ lbs. Previous maintenance experience desired. A CDL license is also desired. Willingness to obtain certifications also desired. Previous experience & knowledge in general contracting practices & procedures. Previous experience in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing or electrical desired. Must take initiative and be proactive in troubleshooting issues and potential problems. Must have the ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
