About The Position

Skilled Maintenance - Memphis, TNFull-time | $22.00 - $25.00/hour | 40 hours/ week

Faith based nonprofit Wesley Living has provided excellent housing services to seniors since 1969. Who we are and what we do centers on our Core Values of Service, Compassion, and Integrity.

We are looking for detail-oriented and dependable individual to use interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly by performing general and advanced maintenance work in and around the property including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Ensure development and execution of preventative maintenance plan in accordance with current Policies and Procedures. Problem solving, time management, leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary. Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.

Requirements

• Driver's License
• High School diploma or GED
• 5 + years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work under supervision.
• HVAC certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman status or equivalent in two skills preferred.
• Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.
