About The Position

Rust is seeking a highly talented Skilled Laborer II, based out of Lewisville, TX. This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure of the city. Rust Constructors Inc. is a full-service, merit-shop construction and maintenance company providing life-cycle services for the mining, power, industrial, infrastructure, and government markets. Our services include construction, construction management, construction consulting; testing, checkout, start-up; and plant services including total plant maintenance, shutdowns, turnarounds, production support and technical support.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in a related craft
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
• This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.

• HIgh School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent (GED)

Responsibilities

• Assist trades people and perform a wide range of construction site tasks.
• May be asked to lift, carry, and hold materials and supplies.
• Under direct supervision performs routine duties that may include cleaning and preparation of construction site.
• May require the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard construction techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic construction specifications.
• Dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel, to fine grade specification using pick and shovel
• Act as a tool runner
• Cleans and sorts tools, equipment and materials
• Ground-man for rigging activities
