About The Position

Provides HVAC services with specific responsibilities for identifying repair and/or replacement needs; installing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading the HVAC systems and equipment; assisting other skilled trades (electrician, plumber, bed technician, boiler operator, etc.); and ensures that the necessary tools and materials are available.

Requirements

• Three – five years of experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving records.

Nice To Haves

• Current HVAC certification or license.
• Experience working in a healthcare organization as an electrician or HVAC Technician.
