About The Position
Premier Development is seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician or Handyman to join the team for one of our luxury residential communities. Responsibilities include general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, responding to resident service requests, and preparing apartments for market. Only applicants who live within a 25-minute drive will be considered due to the on-call schedule.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous residential maintenance experience required
- Understanding of appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repair required
- Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotation basis
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and tools
- Work Authorization: United States
