About The Position

House Doctors of Butler County is looking for a skilled, dependable handyman to join our production crew for active jobs as work becomes available. This role is ideal for someone who: Has solid hands-on experience Enjoys working as part of a 2-person crew Wants flexibility now, with the opportunity to grow into more consistent, full-time work as demand increases About the Role This position supports scheduled production jobs (larger or multi-day projects that typically require two technicians). You’ll be contacted when jobs are booked and scheduled—no sitting around waiting, no last-minute emergency calls. As our workload grows, this role is expected to become more consistent and more frequent , with the potential to transition into a steady, full-time position for the right person. Typical Work Includes Carpentry repairs and installs Drywall repair Trim and door adjustments Light painting and finishing General home repairs and punch-list work (You won’t be sent on jobs you’re not capable of handling—we match work to skill.) Schedule & Flexibility Work is scheduled based on confirmed production jobs Most jobs require two technicians Advance notice is provided whenever possible Ideal for someone who wants flexibility now but is open to more hours as work increases
