Skilled Flooring Helper
About The Position
Jack Laurie Group is seeking a Skilled Flooring Helper to join our growing commercial flooring team. We are looking for motivated individuals with 1–2 years of experience in flooring or other construction trades and services. This role supports projects throughout central Indiana, with a focus on the Indianapolis area. Our current openings include work in commercial sports flooring and ceramic flooring. The ideal candidate brings carpentry or related hands -on skills and is eager to learn and grow in the trade. This position works in a wide range of environments, including schools, businesses, factories, state and federal facilities, offices, and more—providing diverse experience and opportunities to build your skill set. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Experience in flooring or construction (1–2 years preferred)
- Willingness to travel to various job sites across central Indiana
