Responsibilities: As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for both female and male clients. Your responsibilities include providing companionship to foster meaningful connections, assisting with personal hygiene such as peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, and brief changes to ensure comfort and dignity, as well as managing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe, clean environment. You will also prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs, offer transportation for outings or appointments to keep clients socially engaged, and provide timely medication reminders to help them manage their health effectively. This multifaceted role is designed for compassionate individuals dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of others. Benefits: Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed) Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart) CNA School Program: Extraordinary opportunity – ask for details!
