About The Position
We are seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced steel warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various production tasks, with a strong focus on safety and quality. 1st Shift Monday-Friday 5:00AM-1:30PM (May work OT until 3:30PM and Saturdays) $18 per hour 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00PM-1:30AM $20 per hour (OT is possible with positions)
Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various roles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- 1-2 years in last position is preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in skid building and assembly processes.
- Handle and move steel products, lifting up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Crosstrain in different production areas as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
