Manages the day-to-day operations of the Ski & Ride school. Providing exceptional guest service through the efficient organization of instructors and support staff. Resolves guest and employee issues as needed. Responsible for coaching, measurement and recognition of employee performance – including seasonal performance reviews. Ensures all staff are meeting expectations presented in our Employee Manual and Instructor Resource Manual. Mentors and assists in the development and training of future Ski & Snowboard School leaders.
