This role focuses on identifying, organizing, and ensuring policies, work instructions, procedures, and job aids are properly formatted and posted in the appropriate locations on the company intranet.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or another related field.
• Must be diligent, organized, and a self-starter.
• Strong interest in process improvement and documentation.
• Strong communication skills required, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively as well as independently in a dynamic environment.
• Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft applications and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Work to identify and organize policies, work instructions, procedures, and job aids.
• Ensure documentation is posted in the correct locations on the company intranet and in the proper format.
• Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
