About The Position

We are hiring an experienced Sitework Foreman to lead crews on civil and site development projects in the Newington, NH area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a strong background in earthwork, excavation, utilities, and grading who is committed to safety, quality, and productivity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sitework Foreman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, excavation, utilities, and grading
• Ability to operate heavy equipment as needed
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of sitework crews
• Read and interpret site plans, grading plans, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor job progress, quality, and crew productivity
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and team members
