About The Position

This position offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while remaining closely connected to a collaborative, remote healthcare operations team. The Healthcare Site Visit Coordinator supports provider organizations by conducting in-person site visits, reinforcing compliance with Medicaid program requirements, and building strong, professional provider relationships across an assigned Dallas-area territory. The role blends face-to-face provider engagement with remote documentation, reporting, and coordination responsibilities. Success in this position requires strong self-management, comfort with daily travel, and the ability to operate independently while contributing to a distributed team environment.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of state Medicaid programs and provider policies
  • Experience in provider-facing, healthcare support, or compliance-related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and self-monitor performance
  • Proven time management and territory organization skills
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat and managing digital documentation
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally within a remote team
  • Experience with travel and expense tracking or reimbursement processes
  • Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel extensively within the territory

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a remote field representative managing and servicing an assigned Dallas-area territory
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled face-to-face visits with healthcare providers
  • Assess, reinforce, and document compliance with Medicaid policies and procedures
  • Travel daily within the assigned territory, up to three hours in each direction from home
  • Utilize internal systems, reports, and tracking tools to manage workload and territory coverage
  • Maintain current working knowledge of Medicaid policies, internal processes, and provider resources
  • Accurately document visit outcomes, findings, and follow-up actions
  • Monitor personal performance, workflow, and productivity to meet program expectations
  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with providers, peers, and internal teams
  • Participate in remote trainings, workgroups, and collaborative initiatives
  • Meet all contractual and program obligations while representing the program professionally within the provider community
