Community Management is currently seeking a Site Visit Specialist in the Gonzales/New Orleans area.

Requirements

Attention to detail is a key part of this position.
Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record as well as proof of current car insurance.
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Background Check required
Must be willing to travel around the Denham Springs area and surrounding parishes.
This position is 95% on the road.
Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

Individual will critically examine each community, notating any issues in need of repair, correction, or attention.
Must be highly comfortable utilizing software (i.e., smart phones, smart phone cameras, software, etc.)
Assisting Community Managers with processing letters
Contacting vendors
Assisting Corporate staff with data entry or other duties as assigned.
Driving to and through communities up to 90% of the time.
