About The Position

Essential Functions: Functions as an Administrative Support / Lead Supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers and other company personnel assigned; acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that adequate reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations. Prepare reports or make presentations on internal investigations, losses, or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures. Examples of reports are but not limited to: In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions. Prepares Daily Posts Schedules Tracks, Prepares, and Submits reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Tracks, Prepares, and Submits reports on patron attendance. Tracks, Prepares, and Submits reports on training requirements. Tracks, Prepares, and Submits reports on various emergency equipment. Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice as appropriate; meets personally with officers and documents coaching and disciplinary actions. In conjunction with management, accesses security officers’ skills, talents, performance and prepares written evaluations with advice for improvement. Communicate with team members, management, and client to ensure all needs are met. Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities. Oversee the training in all key areas of the security operation, including various post assignments to include special event coverage. Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees. In conjunction with management – Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate that training. Conducts monthly training with all Officers on various subjects and/or post assignments. In conjunction with management– on-board new hires and assign them training sessions. As assigned, in accordance with applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws, carries out supervisory duties that can include some or all the following: interviewing, orienting, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; coaching and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; and making hiring and site removal recommendations. In conjunction with the Security Management ensure that the control room/workstations and all equipment is always maintained satisfactorily by managing access control and CCTV systems: Ensuring that alarms are responded too, investigated, and remedied. Ensure the service can offer full integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of all information in accordance with the company/client policy and standard operation procedures in place, whilst seeking to preserve the rights of the individual. Accurately record all events and actions monitored from within the control room or workstation, including the maintenance of daily logs. In conjunction with management process digital viewing requests for evidential purposes 50% of the time the Administrative Support / Lead Supervisor will perform the duties of a Security Officer in accordance with Client post orders and company policy. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the Unites States.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have a High School Diploma / GED or higher.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
