Pay: $21.00/hour Position Responsibilities : The Site Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the Site Manager by serving as a second layer of supervision to site employees such as the Vehicle Service Agents (VSA), Driver/Transporters and Leads, by managing employee performance, productivity, training, scheduling and providing guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies. Create a consistent flow of communicate from the Site Manager and customer to employees responsible for execution of tasks. Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location. Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards. Coach and mentor new employees. Cover for Site Manager on days off and carry out tasks a directed. Cover driver/transporters, leads and VSA’s when needed to fulfill customer needs. Interact with customer and attend meetings with customer as needed. Maintain strong customer service, both internally and externally. Monitor employees to make sure they are staying on task and performing their jobs safely. Observe and provide guidance based on adherence to job standards and policies. Coach, counsel and discipline employees when necessary. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Applicant must be at least 21 years old
  • Have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record
  • Must pass a background check and driver safety skills test
