The Site Supervisor provides leadership, operational control, and supervision of all aspects of the contract. He or she makes proper use of resources to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, ensures that the Customer’s expectations are exceeded, acts as the primary contact for the Customer, and is responsible for assisting with the managing of all Custodian and Leads. Proven operational skills with variable staff scheduling, quality assurance, training programs, employee motivation/morale, absenteeism control, labor relations, budget control, and performance accountability. Must possess exceptional leadership skills, logistical planning, and computer skills. Demonstrated ability to function in ultra-fast paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and client relations skills; follow-up and follow-through are critical elements in this position. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. The candidate must be a proven results-orientated leader, highly driven with boundless energy to produce superior services.
