About The Position

As a YMCA site supervisor, you'll enjoy overseeing youth sports, making a positive impact, and building meaningful relationships with the kid participants and their families. Your roll would involve set up and take down of the gymnasium, referee, and instructing our youth programs ( basketball, soccer, flag football, dodgeball). You would also ensure a fun and safe environment for all, foster a sense of community and growth, and contribute to the overall positive experience of youth sports. Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Passion for kids and sports
• Have high energy
• 1-2 yrs of working with youth, coaching, or leadership.
