Janitorial Site Supervisor – Peoria, IL Schedule: Mon–Fri, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Starting Pay: $20/hr ESS Clean, Inc. is looking for a dependable Site Supervisor to lead evening cleaning operations and ensure a safe, spotless facility.

Requirements

Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in commercial cleaning; able to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working independently during evening hours

Nice To Haves

High school diploma/GED
Custodial supervision or commercial cleaning experience
Knowledge of safety protocols and MSDS

Responsibilities

Perform inspections and hands-on cleaning (buffing floors, carpet cleaning, autoscrubber use)
Supervise, train, and support a cleaning team
Dust, wipe down, and disinfect office surfaces
Clean and sanitize restrooms (janitorial duties)
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Empty trash and recycling containers
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized commercial workspace
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Maintain supply closets and equipment
Communicate with the Area Manager, customer contacts, and team members
Promote a safe, organized, high-standard worksite
