About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Janitorial Shift Supervisor to oversee evening cleaning operations at our Greensboro location. This role involves supervising janitorial staff, ensuring cleaning standards are met, and assisting with hands-on cleaning as needed.
Requirements
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support janitorial staff during assigned shift
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
- Perform quality checks and address any issues promptly
- Assist with general cleaning duties when needed
- Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate staffing or facility issues to management
