HES Facilities Management is seeking a Site Manager to help oversee custodial operations in Pender County Schools between multiple locations within the same school district. As a Site Manager, you will develop and maintain productive working relationships with hourly custodial staff, communicate with the customers daily, and work to resolve any issues that need immediate attention. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for inspecting, training, and maintaining acceptable supply levels in each facility. The Supervisor will report to the Account Manager.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Prompt, regular attendance.
  • Daily work hours may vary.
  • Pay dependent on experience.
  • Position available immediately.
