About The Position
Our client is seeking a motivated Construction Site Superintendent to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish. This role works closely with project managers, field teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to expand their experience in project coordination, engineering support, and operational execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 1–5 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and execution of projects
- Support project managers with documentation, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Track project progress and update schedules and reports
- Assist with preparing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor project costs and assist with budget tracking
- Support procurement activities and material coordination
- Help ensure projects stay within financial targets
- Serve as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress
- Maintain organized project documentation and records
