About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to support a fast-paced data center construction project in Red Oak, TX. This role focuses on electrical installation safety oversight within a mission-critical environment. This position provides full-time safety oversight for electrical installation activities on a data center build. The Site Safety Manager will: Oversee and enforce safety protocols during electrical installation work Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments Support energized work planning and compliance with electrical safety standards Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to OSHA and site-specific requirements Promote a proactive safety culture in a high-risk, fast-paced environment
Requirements
- BCSP Certification (minimum STSC) with 3+ years of experience OR OSHA 510 with 5+ years of experience
- Experience with electrical construction and/or data center builds
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and electrical safety practices
- Experience with energized work, LOTO, and hazard mitigation
- Excellent communication and field leadership skills
- Ability to manage safety independently in an active construction environment
