Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) (Ft. Eustis OMEE)

The SSHO develops and maintains the Accident Prevention Plan, and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA) while conducting monthly safety meetings, maintaining facility safety compliance and incident reporting across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities.
Requirements
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
- 24 hours SOH training within past five years.
- Minimum 5 years safety experience on comparable projects.
- EM 385-1-1 compliant training level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Accident Prevention Plan.
- Develop Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA).
- Conduct monthly safety meetings.
- Maintain EMR ≤ 1.10 and DART ≤ 3.0 compliance.
- Incident reporting within 24 hours.
