The HVAC Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, operation, troubleshooting, replacement across a 245,810 SF medical campus including remote facilities. Maintenance of AHUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems. Medical facility ventilation compliance. BAS-integrated equipment troubleshooting. Emergency after-hours response.
Requirements
- EPA 608 Certification
- NATE, HVAC Excellence, ICC Certification, or Journeyman License
