Develop, implement, and enforce the Contractor's safety program in accordance with contract requirements and the approved Accident Prevention Plan (APP). Ensure full compliance with EM 385-1-1 and 29 CFR 1926.16 safety regulations across all project activities. Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits, and initiate corrective actions to mitigate risks. Remain on-site at all times during work operations (or designate a qualified representative) to oversee and administer safety procedures. Provide safety training, briefings, and continuous guidance to personnel to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and ensure continuous improvement through adherence to required qualifications, training, and ongoing professional development.
