About The Position

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who can strengthen the reliability, scalability, and visibility of our systems while modernizing how we monitor, manage, and support nearly 100 APIs. This role is ideal for someone who blends software engineering fundamentals with infrastructure awareness and has a strong passion for automation, observability, and incident prevention. The team is currently stretched thin, and we need someone who can make an immediate impact by reducing manual work, improving workflows, and enabling better insights across the organization.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain dynamic, user-friendly dashboards for 100 APIs using Dynatrace, App Insights, and related tools.
Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow to streamline incident, problem, change, and asset management workflows.
Fully automate manual processes within monitoring, reporting, and incident management using available tools.
Improve system reliability by monitoring system health, identifying patterns, and preventing repeat incidents.
Enhance the user experience of monitoring and support tools to reduce workflow time and increase adoption across business teams.
Support the release train and collaborate closely with product support teams to ensure smooth deployments and stable environments.
Provide clear, actionable reporting and make it easier for teams to access and interpret system data.
Ensure all teams have appropriate access to Dynatrace and understand how to leverage it effectively.
