OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly: Be the frontline hero supporting critical web applications across Development, Beta, and Production environments including rotating on-call duties to keep systems running 24/7. Solve high-impact technical puzzles by digging into complex issues, identifying root causes, and delivering fast, effective resolutions across multiple systems. Collaborate across teams, triage escalations, partner with other support tiers, and interface with tech teams and stakeholders to drive companywide success. Contribute to agile innovation by participating in Agile/SAFe processes and supporting deployments in both on-prem and cloud environments (AWS/Azure). Champion customer experience by managing escalations professionally, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Requirements

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and SDLC, with hands-on experience in scripting (C#, Java, Python), basic SQL/Postgres, code branching/merging, and cloud computing best practices—including deployment, management, and security—combined with solid project management and communication skills.
1-3 years of experience in SRE, Technical Support, or Software Engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
