Manage, mentor, and develop the purchasing team (Level 1, Level 2, and Senior Specialists), ensuring they meet performance goals and professional growth objectives. Lead supplier management strategies, negotiating contracts and ensuring suppliers meet quality, cost, and delivery standards. Collaborate with project managers, site managers and the construction team to align procurement activities with project schedules and objectives. Ensure that all procurement processes are efficient, compliant with company policies, and aligned with best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead their implementation. Develop and implement procurement strategies that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate supply chain risks.
