The Site Program Manager is responsible for managing the successful day-to-day operations and program activities at the site. This includes ensuring that all program activities operate consistently and ethically within the mission and values of Think Together, aligning with the four core agreements: Be responsible, Be respectful, Be safe, and Have fun. The SPM monitors and assesses the success of the program, focusing on participation levels, quality of activities, behaviors, and student achievement for continuous improvement. The role involves implementing a comprehensive curriculum to ensure academic success, training and coaching staff, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring compliance with funding goals and attendance policies. The SPM also manages site-level budgets, communicates with stakeholders, and fosters effective working relationships.
