About The Position

You will be the Production Operations Sr. Manager that serves as the senior operations lead for the site. Reporting directly to the Site Director, in this newly combined role you will lead both Production Operations and Production Planning & Control organizations. You will own end-to-end execution of cost and schedule production performance across the factory while building high-performing teams to support our continued ramp-up and expansions. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Requirements

10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations or production management, including leadership as a leader of leaders in a complex production environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or Business Management, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered)
U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Ability to partner effectively with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, safety, and finance functions to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks
Experience managing budgets (including overhead), developing strategy, and translating long-term goals into actionable plans
Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage frontline teams and external stakeholders
Demonstrated success establishing KPIs, driving data-informed decisions
Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean and or Six Sigma Greenbelt trained)
