Your Role: Site Planner As a Site Planner, you will be part of the Clinton Manufacturing Supply Chain team, responsible for translating long-term demand into an achievable production plan that aligns with site capacity, resources, and business priorities. In this role, you will lead cross-functional planning processes, perform data-driven analysis to support decision-making, and manage planning initiatives that improve service, inventory performance, and operational efficiency. This position has a strong project management and analytical focus, requiring the ability to drive scenarios, manage priorities, and lead planning improvements across the site.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent experience)
Required Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, operations, manufacturing, or a related analytical role
Top 2 skills: Strong analytical and scenario modeling capability, along with project management and cross-functional influencing skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP and/or IBP planning systems
APICS or other supply chain certification
Experience leading cross-functional projects or planning initiatives
Knowledge of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
Advanced Excel, data analysis, or reporting skills

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain mid- to long-term production plans by analyzing demand, capacity, inventory, and supply constraints to ensure alignment with customer service and site objectives
Lead cross-functional planning activities, including R&OP/S&OP alignment, product launches, and supply scenarios, and serve as the key liaison between site operations and central supply chain teams
Perform data analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate risks, optimize inventory and production strategies, and support business plan and forecast reviews
Monitor production performance and inventory levels, proactively identifying issues and driving corrective actions or crisis management support when needed
Lead or support planning-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP/IBP and site planning processes
