About The Position

As Site Deployment Specialist – Electrical, you lead execution and technical oversight for electrical system deployment, commissioning, and turnover during new builds and retrofits. This role contributes to infrastructure planning to optimize Data Center capacity and support rack demand while monitoring for bottlenecks and recommending investment opportunities to infrastructure planning to optimize Data Center capacity and support rack demand while monitoring for bottlenecks and recommending investment opportunities. Builds partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders for seamless coordination and updates across planning phases. Enhances scalability and efficiency by standardizing site design and capacity modeling, analyzing historical data for improvements. Translates evolving needs into scalable site plans aligned with global strategies, supports validation, and tracks implementation readiness. Integrates technical solutions across teams for effective execution, tracking risks and dependencies, and escalating issues to maintain progress.

Requirements

  • Strong electrical engineering or technical background in mission-critical facilities.
  • Experience with switchgear, UPS, generators, and power distribution.
  • Technical judgment and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to coordinate across disciplines and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical installation review, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
  • Identify and resolve electrical design or installation issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, code, and engineering standards.
  • Support documentation, training, and operational handover.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
