Job Summary The Site Operations Lead is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our entertainment venue to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role assists with event logistics, guest interactions, and equipment functionality, helping to create memorable and positive experiences throughout the venue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Weekend work availability is a must, more hours available in the future based on aptitude and park schedule
  • Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an entertainment or hospitality setting is preferred
  • 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily workflow, create schedules, and delegate tasks to team members.
  • Inspire and motivate employees through positive coaching and performance initiatives.
  • Analyze complex situations and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Act as a liaison between park leadership and guests to ensure concerns are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly area by removing spills and debris around assigned locations.
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of amusement, mobility, and locker products.
  • Monitor operations to identify opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Prepare reports and operational documentation as requested by management.
  • Prepare operational reports as requested by management.
  • Inspire and motivate employees through positive coaching and performance initiatives.
  • Monitor and help enforce loss prevention procedures; partner with Security/LP as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
