About The Position

The Site Operations Associate plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-quality digital experience across newbalance.com and newbalance.ca. This role owns the end-to-end execution of site promotions, manages membership program operations, and builds, tests, and activates personalized experiences that enhance the consumer journey. This associate is responsible for ensuring all promotional, membership and eCommerce touchpoints are accurate, optimized, and aligned with business goals. You will partner closely with Site Experience, Merchandising, Planning, UX, Development, Customer Care, Global DTC, and Marketing teams. The Site Operations Associate reports to the Senior Manager, Site Operations, and is part of the North America DTC eCommerce organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce, project management, or operations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy is essential.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to translate complex information into actionable insights.
  • Results driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Action Oriented, taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly.
  • Passion for digital retail and interest in innovative eCommerce experiences.
  • Collaborative, strong communication skills, building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred.
  • Comfortable working with site metrics and financial data to inform decisions.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own full execution of promotions, personalization, and membership on newbalance.com and newbalance.ca (see details below)
  • Request, validate, and publish translations for newbalance.com and newbalance.ca, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
  • Utilize reporting tools to monitor site content quality, implement required updates, and collaborate with Development teams to address enhancements or issues.
  • Own the full execution of all site promotions across newbalance.com and newbalance.ca, ensuring content and experiences are consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Site Experience, and Paid Media to build and maintain the promotional calendar.
  • Provide backend recommendations (promo code structure, product setup, unique codes, etc.) to ensure a smooth, consumer‑first promotional experience.
  • Oversee promotional product merchandising, including sorting, category creation, and placement.
  • Conduct QA for promotions, personalization, and site updates.
  • Partner with Global Creative and Site Experience teams to implement onsite promotional marketing content.
  • Collaborate with the Personalization team to build, UAT, and deploy personalized experiences in Salesforce, ensuring accurate activation.
  • Partner with UX and Development teams to identify and implement enhancements that reduce cart abandonment and improve conversion.
  • Lead set up, configuration, and troubleshooting for all membership programs.
  • Assist Customer Care by providing, support, and issue resolution
