About The Position

We are looking for a Site Merchandising Specialist to join our Digital Experience team, supporting the North America eCommerce business across the United States and Canada. This role is a key contributor responsible for executing and optimizing on-site merchandising to ensure the digital storefront is commercially accurate, seasonally relevant, and operationally excellent. The Site Merchandising Specialist translates commercial and brand strategy into high-quality site execution across product setup, assortment presentation, pricing, promotions, and site experience through a consumer-led mindset. The role partners closely with Digital Marketing, Site Operations, Customer Service, Digital Program, IT Support, Category, and brand teams; reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Merchandising & Analytics

Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in eCommerce or similar digital field
  • Demonstrable experience with eCommerce software – Algolia, Contentful, Dynamic Yield, Talon.One, Catalog Management or similar
  • Proven experience with eCommerce platforms – Commerce Layer, Shopify or similar
  • History interfacing with data platforms – PIM/DAM – Aprimo & Salsify preferred
  • Demonstrable experience using analysis platforms to conduct quantitative analysis, such as Contentsquare, Piano, GA, Adobe Analytics or similar
  • Proven ability to deliver quantifiable outcomes to process improvement & consumer experience
  • Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally to deliver campaign execution excellence
  • Proven attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills
  • Proactive workflow management with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines
  • Proven collaboration and communication skills across multi-team and multi-country digital-first environments
  • Ability to articulate trade-offs and manage expectations to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience identifying operational pain points and driving continual process improvement
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours for global collaboration and occasional regional or global travel
  • Passion for eCommerce growth and curious and ambitious by nature

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working in a multi-region, multi-continent digital environment a plus
  • Prior experience in running, streetwear, fashion, outdoor, or snow industries a plus
  • Ability to speak French a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own the regional on-site merchandising scope, including navigation, search, sorting, filters, product configuration, and recommendations, to ensure intuitive product discovery.
  • Execute and optimize key site surfaces, including PLPs, PDPs, collections, and launches, delivering clear and consistent shopping journeys.
  • Translate commercial and campaign priorities into site execution, configuring product visibility, pricing, and promotions to support business goals.
  • Continuously optimize discovery and add-to-cart levers, using performance data and customer signals to improve relevance, engagement, and basket size.
