POSITION OVERVIEW: The Site Mechanical Superintendent reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all the mechanical construction work for TAS module installation. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Site Manager and Aftermarket Leadership to identify and hire contract mechanical employees as needed including welders, fitters, millwrights, forklift and crane operators as well as general mechanical helpers Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans for the site mechanical team Regularly report project status to Site Manager Oversee and mentor all mechanical staff Work with EHS lead to ensure best safety practices and company policies are being implemented and followed Assist Site Manager in maintaining budget and schedule for all mechanical activities Ensure that the most up to date drawings and construction documents are being used Work closely with Site QA/QC Leads to maintain appropriate records Assist lessons learned process and communications to Site Manager Manage mechanical drawing red-line process for site corrections Resolve mechanical conflicts and miscommunications with all parties and disciplines

  • Proven problem solving skills
  • Basic skills with MS Office suite and construction management software
  • Knowledge of construction terminology and practices
  • Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
  • High School diploma plus extensive construction office management experience
  • 10 years of experience in mechanical construction and modular installation
  • Proven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplines
  • Ability to travel domestically on short notice
  • High energy, driven individual that communicates and interacts well in a team environment
  • Results oriented individual with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Mechanical licenses and formal training are a plus
