Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve workflow in the assembly area to enhance productivity. Review and propose layout optimizations for better space utilization. Conduct cycle time studies and identify opportunities for reduction. Support production organization improvements to streamline operations. Implement and sustain 5S principles to improve workplace organization and visual management. Up date of standard work instruction. Contribute to strategies for MOD (Manpower) utilization optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. (8D, Ichikawa methodology) Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, line balancing Proficient in MS Office required; knowledge of AutoCAD tools is an advantage.
