The Site Manager sets policies and makes decisions guiding productivity, quality, and cost efficiency of operations in a US Army Reserve Equipment Concentration Site (ECS). The Site Manager must have expert knowledge of GCSS-Army, experience in managing Heavy Equipment Mechanics, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Storage, and warehouse operations pertaining to the US Army Reserve, and applicable Army Regulations. This position directs, manages, and optimizes the overall operation. The Site Manager will establish systems to collect metrics, analyze productivity, and set performance targets that will meet revenue and cost goals. In addition, the Site Manager ensures robust safety and security procedures and training are in place and that operations follow all required regulations. This position leads any labor relations activities involving the site. The Site Manager directs site level support functions including finance, engineering, materials, quality assurance, and human resources to ensure alignment with overall site operations.
