About The Position

About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Manager to lead operations, support staff, and uphold DOCS Core Values while ensuring exceptional patient care. This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational efficiency, foster teamwork, and maintain compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development Foster a positive, patient-centered culture in alignment with DOCS Core Values. Lead, mentor, and support site staff to ensure a high-performance team. Conduct regular team meetings to promote clear communication and accountability. Handle conflict resolution and ensure a supportive, productive work environment. Operations & Compliance Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency. Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with regulations and company expectations for quality care. Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and drive improvements where needed. Patient Experience & Community Engagement Ensure all team members deliver an exceptional patient experience. Address and resolve patient concerns in a timely and professional manner. Build relationships within the local community to enhance brand reputation. Financial & Business Performance Manage budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation for site efficiency. Drive revenue growth through effective team performance and operational improvements. Collaborate with regional leadership to meet business objectives.
