JOB SUMMARY: The Site Manager is responsible for the implementation of DCFS, Head Start Standards, Preschool for All, and Preventative Initiative Programs for the Brighton Park location at Gads Hill Center. In this role, the Site Manager oversees the implementation of the staffing plan, collaborations with content area managers for site compliance, ensures and adherence to the program models for DCFS, Head Start Standards, Preschool for All, and Preventative Initiative Programs, provides supervision and guidance to Teachers, Family Support Workers. Custodians, receptionist, and Kitchen staff. The Site Manager also maintains the quality of program services and ensures that children, youth, and families receive comprehensive education, resources, and support services. This individual must embody our core values and demonstrate the ability to positively contribute to the Gads Hill Center culture of collaboration, high expectations in programming, and exceptional service to the families and community.
