The Manager of Urgent Care is an administrative position responsible for assisting in the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple geographically dispersed urgent care locations. The Manager of Urgent Care Operations will need to travel to the various clinics regularly. This position will have oversight over 4 Site Managers, who will each have responsibility over 5 urgent care sites. The Manager of Urgent Care Operations will assist Site Managers as they provide oversight and mentoring for the Clinical Concierges and APP staff, overall operations of modern urgent care and maintaining operational efforts within the guidelines, policies & procedures, and Key Quality Indicators. This individual maintains broad responsibilities for all administrative functions of the clinic locations, including operations marketing, finance, assisting in payor contracting, staff compensation reimbursement information, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary service general knowledge, and planning and development.
