About The Position

Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead and develop a high‑performing team across Production, Warehouse/Kitting, Maintenance, Facilities, and Technical Projects while driving Lean and OPEX principles. Production & Resource Management: Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet delivery, quality, safety, and cost goals; track and improve key KPIs. Warehouse & Materials Oversight: Manage raw material warehouse and kitting operations, ensuring adherence to manufacturing standards and efficient material flow. Quality Assurance: Set product/process quality standards, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer and regulatory expectations. Maintenance & Project Management: Direct maintenance, facilities, and technical project activities, including budgeting, workflow optimization, investments, and equipment reliability. People Development & Culture: Promote training, mentorship, performance management, and DEI initiatives to build an engaged, collaborative workplace culture. Health, Safety & Environment: Ensure full compliance with OSHA/HSE requirements; conduct risk assessments and lead safety initiatives aimed at zero incidents. Cross-Functional & Strategic Support: Collaborate with internal partners to support digitalization, sustainability, audits, and other business priorities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent experience 5+ years in manufacturing operations with 5+ years in leadership/supervisory roles Strong Lean Manufacturing and production systems expertise Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong general computer skills Knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations with strong mechanical/chemical aptitude and communication skills Ability to work a fully onsite position and support any on-call emergency situations (as needed) The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in manufacturing operations with 5+ years in leadership/supervisory roles
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing and production systems expertise
